Use fresh ingredients - especially Butter

Different varieties of butter can be used such as Unsalted, Salted, Clarified or Organic, you’ll want to start with fresh butter.

Add an edible wick

You are going to ingest the butter. It’s better to use a wick that would be considered “edible” like a beeswax wick or hemp wick. It should be food safe

Shape it without melting

You can start by getting your stick of butter to a little bit cooler than room temperature. You have to shape it without it just melting in your hands.

Start forming the shape you want for it

You can put the stick on a piece of grip wrap and begin framing the shape you need. You can either use the entire stick or break the stick down the middle if you need two candles.

Place the wick in the center and roll it

Place the wick in the middle and roll it into its last structure.

Place it in the cooler to chill it

Place it in the refrigerator to chill it, letting it stay in that form.
